Paper Pop Cards offers worldwide shipping so everyone can share a bit of joy with their loved ones!
Free shipping is provided on all orders placed in the continental United States (exceptions include HI and AK).
International, HI and AK shipments will be charged the rate of shipping and handling for deliveries from New York to your state or country.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SEND IT OUT?
Paper Pop Cards preferred carriers are: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on the quantity ordered, your order will be shipped via ground from one of the carriers above. Each package sent will come with a validated tracking number from the carrier so you can follow the travels of your package.
All orders will be shipped between the hours of 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST Monday-Friday within 2 business days from New York City. Our office is closed on all national holidays so for all orders that require shipments before certain dates, please make sure to plan ahead and make a note when you submit your order.
Please note that customized messages do require more time for our calligraphers to write (We don’t want to cramp up their style!)

HOW DO I SEND A PAPER POP CARD TO MY LOVED ONES?
Now that you have an "always eye opening" card in your hand, you’re wondering how to mail your card.
Due to the unique size of our PaperPopCards line, the United States Postal Service (USPS) requires an additional postage charge (nonmachinable surcharge) for all cards that are non-rectangular or weigh more than one ounce. One Forever Stamp will NOT be enough for your shipping. For our Popz line of cards, no additional postage is required.

- Enter in your destination (United States or other country)
- Enter Zip Codes (From Zip Code XXXXX, To Zip Code XXXXX)
- Enter Mailing Date and Time of Mailing
- Check boxes for content if applicable for your package
- For package size, select SHAPE -> LETTER (Paper Pop Cards are 6”x6”)
- Enter Weight. The standard weight for one Paper Pop Card is 2 ounces (This standard weight does not account for the addition of gift cards, money, or other items that were added in.)

- The following page will provide you with a list of estimated prices and expected delivery dates for all mailing options available.
The average price for one Paper Pop Card weighing at 2 ounces mailed within the U.S. via First-Class Mail is $0.93. Prices and estimates may vary depending on the address location and weight.
$0.71, $0.93, and other stamps are available for purchase at the USPS store. You may also purchase stamps at your local USPS Post Office.
We understand that oops! moments happen to everyone. At Paper Pop Cards, we want to make sure that joy comes with our cards.
We are happy to do a refund or exchange your item within 7 days of package receipt if:
-You received the wrong card
-Your card came damaged or broken
(Proof of damage is required by submitting a photo with your request and subject to screening).
-Your package went missing and you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
The tracking number that comes with your package insures the proof of delivery and ship date for both parties. The tracking number associated with your order will be screened and the carrier will be contacted by Paper Pop Cards if such an issue occurs).
In these cases, Paper Pop Cards will re-mail you a package with no additional charge to shipping (or for the exchanged card).
Your payment for refunded cards will be credited back to your account. *Cards purchased at discounts will be refunded at the price that it was purchased.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of mailing the card back to Paper Pop Cards for a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot honor refunds and exchanges for:
-Incorrect shipping address or name provided
-A card was broken or parts missing on purpose—Our cards are very delicate with small pieces attached so please treat them with care!
-Incorrect spelling/grammar mistakes if it was written that way in the handwritten message box—We appreciate all kinds of humor and the relationship that people have. We know that sometimes people like to write things in a certain way or misspell words on purpose. Please help us keep our costs down so that we don’t have to hire a grammar inspector for the handwritten messages! :)
-Delayed shipping from the carrier—Unfortunately, we do not have a Pop truck or jet to personally send you your package so we have to rely on USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your packages to you. Delivery dates that we provide you are based on the carrier and their schedules.
